Welding System

TYHI has powerful welding ability, and is equipped with 4 professional welding factories for major products. Among hundreds of specialized welders, 20 and some obtained the certificate of international welding engineers, who take the welding work for the steel structure of crane, excavator, rolling mill equipment, forging and pressing equipment, construction machinery and other major products such as chemical equipment and large pressure vessels. In addition, TYHI is one of the main training units for those who domestically engage in welding experiment or work.

TYHI has a total of 406 sets of blasting equipment, gas shield welding machines, special welding machines, Germany CNC gas cutting machines and other auxiliary welding machines, with complete and sophisticated technical process of laying-off and cutting, pre-processing, welding, after treatment and etc. which gives TYHI the welding ability of 60,000 tons per year or more.
