Railway Transit Products Plant

TYHI started the localization project of key components of high-speed rail cars in 2010, accumulatively invested 2.3 billion RMB and built the Industrial Plant for railway transit products in 2013.

The plant integrates the production of wheel, axle forging, wheel-set assembly, railway specialized gearbox, tunnel boring machine, packing as well as the logistics, technical R&D and comprehensive tests, specially for the railway transit key components design, R&D, manufacturing and services.

TYHI adopts state-of-the-art technologies and equipment, builds the most automatic, intelligent and productive line in the world for wheel, axle, wheelset and gearbox. TYHI railway products meet demands of locomotives, freight & passenger car, high-speed car as well as for industrial and mining. The annual capacity is 600,000 wheels, 160,000 axles, 30,000 wheelsets, 10,000 gearboxes and 10s tunnel boring machine.
