TYHI invested 2 billion RMB in 2015 under the guidance of "Made in China 2025" to implement the construction project of intelligent chemical plant for key components of wind turbines in Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone. The zone is building for wind power equipment research and development, manufacturing, assembling and testing and all of core components and specialized base of wind turbine.

Among them, the first phase of the project that invested 1.37 billion RMB, added racks, spindles, accelerators, electronic control system production and cabin assembly intelligent production line, which equipped with core process equipment, automatic flexible manufacturing system (FMS) and intelligent warehouse logistics facilities, implementation of PLM, ERP, MES and other information systems, to create international advanced green intelligence It can be a factory.

The first phase of the project has been listed in the Green Manufacturing Integration Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2016. It is expected to be completed and put into production in 2018, and will form the capacity of 500 sets of annual wind turbine. The implementation of the new energy industry base will speed up the development of TYHI wind power products serialization, standardization and scale.
